On the firm profile, you get an overview of the firm's different funds. The firm-level breakdown is available under the ESG tab on the firm profile. The assessment is available on the firm, fund, and asset level. It allows you to identify impact labeled assets and estimate the likelihood that the asset would produce positive externalities if it were to focus on impact. Impact Potential gives you an overview of your portfolio's impact profile. Impact Potential helps you assess your portfolio's positive impact potential. Growth metrics (+/-) help to track the change in company size over time which can signal risk or opportunity. These metrics help the identification of risk exposure areas and/or opportunities associated with this social indicator.Įmployee volatility within an organization provides insight into the potential financial risks that arise from costs of hiring or loss of talent. Use Employee Metrics to get an estimation of the company's employee net growth and volatility (proxy for turnover). This metric helps the identification of risk exposure areas and/or opportunities associated with this environmental indicator. Use Water Metrics to get an estimation of the water withdrawal (megaliters) of private companies based on their industry, HQ and company size by employee numbers. Use Carbon Metrics to get an estimation of the carbon emissions (Scope 1 and Scope 2 eCO2t) of private companies based on their industry, HQ and company size by employee numbers.
